We are Passionate, Because It’s Personal
Economics has always started and ended with people. For Marcus Bivines, CEO of BGIC, it’s personal. Growing up in under-resourced neighborhoods of OKC in the ’90s, he saw firsthand what it means to have no economic prospects, no financial agency, and no clear path forward. Determined to spark lasting change, he founded the Prairie Flywheel Initiative—a bold effort to ignite economic renewal through geographic revitalization, workforce empowerment, and business incubation.
